Revenge Change and how it affects top players

The same ones that are complaining about searching for raids for more than 1 cup for 2 hours are the same ones exploiting the shield. And are the same ones complaining about this update. 2+2 = 4.

These people are not the brightest bunch, this much is clear. Maybe you can not hit next for an hour or two to find 5 cups? ever think of that?

ok so there was an exploit in the game that allowed people to somehow keep their trophies by avoiding real defense attacks. Now supercell decided to correct this. I don't see why anyone would be angry about this? even those with 4000+ cups. Aren't those guys complaining about losing 35+ cups if the fail an attack while only winning 1 cup when winning? with this change the field will start to level gradually they will lose lots of cups at first, but when cups are more even it will get much better. Is it really a big deal if No 1 player has 4250 cups or just 3400? it's just a stupid inflated number that won't really matter as long as you have the same rank. Won't those top players love it when they lose a defense they can make those lost cups back in few attacks?

Isn't it better than what some where proposing to have supercell to rest all cups? at least those top players still have an advantage of having a big gap between the lower ranked players

You say they're taking advantage of an exploit by having a friend give them a 12 hour shield and only giving or taking 1 trophy, but at the same point in time they say farmers are taking advantage of an exploit by having their TH left free to attack to gain a 12 hour shield and not lose resources. As I said before both sides have a valid point and SC has sided with the idea the exploit in champs league is too big. Long term it's good for everyone. Short term the top players feel very insulted and angry. My opinion is that it does in fact level the playing field some what, however EVERYONE is entitled to their own opinions.

If that's what they are saying in their defence, then that's a load of rubbish. Yes farmers leave their th on the outside, on the "chance" someone might just attack it and give a shield.... But nothing is stopping someone going full out on them and 3 starring them and taking all their loot...

it it will be sad if we was told how to design our base... Some are good and some are plain ♥♥♥♥, which is what makes this game fun.

anyway if those at the top want to quit, who cares... Someone else will just replace them

The fact that there's other top players commenting on the forums and expressing their approval of the new change speaks volumes. The other top tier guys who are against it should also create an account and take action. Just saying.

But that's the problem. They knew full well that it was an exploit; and they were on shaky ground.

They can all join the forum and voice their objection - but how can they possibly justify an exploit, and convince anyone (let alone SC) that it was the right thing?
