I've been scouring the DD for the past two hours, and not once have I seen a pancake. I've not just been looking to see if they're advertised, I've been looking at random RSSs for them too. Anyone else been having this problem or just me?
Normally I don't need pancakes but now it's all I need, typical haha!

With precious SUGAR to make ? I really hope NOT!!! I found anything needed sugar (cookies, cakes...) is hard to find, not only pancakes. You may find pancakes sometimes because low level player cannot make other things yet.
I often have pancakes for sale. I make them most of the time. GC me and you may find some on my RSS

Like all items that use a sugar in the recipe, I seem to NEVER see pancakes in the DD.
I sure hope the next global event does NOT focus on a sugar-related item. Sugars are rare enough as it is...

I'm betting the boats are requesting them. Boating events tend to do that, cause temporary shortages. I'll never forget the one when I couldn't find regular popcorn during the entire event (and we know how many boats require), so to this day I tend to keep large supplies of popcorn on hand. I must have been traumatized. I don't see lots and lots of pancakes in the DD anyway, but if you're having trouble today, my money's on the boating event. Better fire up that grill!
And I'm stockpiling my popcorn.

ups and downs. it does seem that when u need something the hardest you find it the leastest. but in the end all will be ok. don't focus on something, play in a broad perspective
