Don’t know what to put here. It’s been so long.

Just about anything and everything, especially during a boating event. Even bacon/eggs, though don't make that your main focus. You don't say what level you're at, but do the highest end product you can make at whatever level you're at, and you'll make money. Ingredients will fly off your shelves if you're not using them often such as cream, sugar, butter, syrup. Milk flies off the shelves, too. Keep growing and harvesting crops. Make bread. Bread goes quickly because people need it for hamburgers and fish sandwiches. Just keep producing and selling - it will ALL sell.

augh I feel like it's a never-ending cycle. at first I felt bad for charging the maximum because I didn't want my GC/FB friends to have to pay that much but at this point I'm so far behind that I can't not charge that much. I was behind for the cargo boat and mine and when I finally got those, the juicer and ice cream machine and smelter and it all just started building up. I'm about to reach level 30 and still don't have my fishing boat or ice cream machine and I've only expanded one small section of my land because I've been selling all of my expansion items. blech.

Don't feel bad about charging the max prices. You'll find, if you take a poll, that many GC/Forum members charge max, too, and don't mind paying full price. I fall in that camp. I charge max for everything but the first four crops, and sometimes discount bacon and wool, but not always. When I need to make money fast, I sell in my RSS and charge full price. It may be a game, but you're still running a business, and if you're operating at a loss, then how long will you be in business? It's so much more fun when you have enough money for all those machines and to do a little shopping on the side.

Oh, and I NEVER mind paying full price, either. I made the mistake when I first started of being timid and shy about pricing and after about two weeks saw that I was buying at full price and couldn't afford NOT to charge full price myself. And I rarely have trouble selling anything, though I do have a bacon/eggs sitting in the last bin of my store, looking all lonesome and sorry. But it'll go too, eventually. (I don't make them or sell them that often but needed them for an event this morning.)

Bottom line, max price is the way to go if you really want to make money fast.

Ease off on the B&E, they don't move very fast... As I said above ALL your fruit and veg crops will make you lots of coins, and they sell within seconds of putting them on sale... At least 50% of my "land" is covered with fruit and veg... A good tip is to plant 10 of ??? bushes/trees, then 8 or so hours later, plant another 10 of ??? bushes/trees, and so on... This way, they rotate quickly, and build up quickly as well... The biggest drawback is that you will need plenty of axes and saws to replace them once they are finished cropping... But you will make lots of coins... This is not a game to rush, is the best advice to anyone...

i posted in a thread when someone asked what fruit yield the best profit.

i did a breakdown on it.

    http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...l=1#post965223

you can check it out. most profitable trees are apple.

another i just did on another thread for another player asking about profitability of selling FEEDS.
although the calculations are based on a TWO starred mill, even if you have no star or just a 1 star mastery mill, chicken feed will yield the max profit and fast to produce.

    I am currently level 51.
I dislike my store getting raided. accepting friendships but t&c applies.
t&c: NO RAIDING. be considerate of others. only buy what you NEED. DONT CAMP MY RSS
Thank you for your understanding. Sharing is caring. There are other players needing things too.

Excellent advice. I plant fruit trees and shrubs in most available spaces because not only do they make money, they look nice when they're in bloom, so I always have them in various stages of growth, bloom, fruit (but not dead - can't stand THAT look).

Somerandomguy64, even if all you sell are veggies, you'll make money. I plant and harvest constantly to get the free expansion materials to sell (which is essentially getting free money!), and I sell the four basics at default prices, the price you see when you first put them in the store before you change the price up or down. I have 20 bins (I think), fill them up 10 to a bin, then watch them sell like crazy. I've made thousands of coins in the past few days that way. It's super easy, no machines to deal with, and you're getting those free silo and barn expansion tools, or saws and axes, that you can either use or sell. It's probably the single easiest way to make money on your farm, and it follows my philosophy of not letting anything sit idle (or lie fallow) for very long. At any rate, you've gotten some good ideas here and hope you put them to work for you so you will have plenty of coins soon. Good luck and let us know how you're doing!

One more thing, John's right about the bacon/eggs. That's probably one of the slowest selling items because they're so easy to find, so if you want to make money fast, don't worry about selling those. They'll sit, and sit and sit. They WILL sell, just not lightning fast.

haha thanks!!! yeah, the first time i realized that something was wrong was when i was putting bunches of apples up. looking at everyone else's farms and seeing how many trees and bushes they had, i knew that they must be the most profitable since they take so long to grow, but it just didn't seem to be adding up to me. i was basically just doubling the price and it ended up barely covering the cost of the tree in the first place.

i guess it all probably evens out eventually.

Sometimes an event will alter the normal flow of things. I noticed this morning that my wheat was selling as fast as i could put it up so i started charging max price for it and it still flew out of my shop. It might be the boat event, who knows. I also noticed with my kids farm that if something isn't selling, go back and stick an ad on it. She doesn't have many friends by design so she has to depend on people buying things from the newspaper. I'll check her farm during the day while she is in school and put ad on anything that hasn't sold and it is gone before she gets home from school
