At this very moment this thread is coming close to 4000 views and about 100 comments. I wonder why supercell hasn't still replied.
Try posting this thread to general there sc is more active than here
By Supercell, do you mean anyone that has a relationship with them (ie., moderators), or do you mean the people that can actually implement the idea (developers).
If you mean the former, I'm sure many have seen the thread and not commented on it for one reason or the other. But their opinions, like ours, won't get anything done. Only the devs can do that.
If you mean the developers, they do not comment on ideas. It won't matter where you post it.
And since this is an idea/feature request, it belongs here. If it is posted in the General forum then it should be moved here and just be a duplicate thread, which is not needed.
Patience. If Supercell decides to implement it, it will be on their time schedule and not on ours. It doesn't matter if the idea has 20 million views and 20,000 comments. The devs implement what they choose to implement when they want to.
I appreciate you for taking your time to write such a descriptive passage. To make my point further clear i was referring to the supercell forum moderators. Its their job to be active in the forums and reply to what other people post. When they ignore it demotivates myself perhaps may others to bring new ideas to the forum. The only difference is that they've been recognized as people who are respected with continuous strong, helpful and fair forum posts. Their "job" is to moderate the forums. They are moderators and have powers of the gods perhaps, but they are not developers.
So if Moderator "xxbeastmodxx" says ... "I see your post."... what next? it would be borderline dishonest for them to post just about anything else I believe, as they do not have the power to implement changes to the game. So to have xxbeastmodxx post "great idea, we should do this" would cause massive chaos as many see them as the right AND left arm of Supercell themselves.

Nice idea OP and kudos for taking your time to do the visuals
I also think it will be a useful addition to the game to have.
currently, I go into the base editor mode and "remove all" to check what's left of my base to upgrade. Especially when I want to know how many walls I've done or have left.
edit: only thing I'd suggest is making the design more condensed somehow. If this ever gets implemented I might find myself spending too much time looking at these tabs than actually playing the game, chatting, looking at my village.

Nice idea but overly complicated: a simple second number showing the maximum level for the current th beside the building level would suffice.
