This has been ruled out for a countless time, although they have implemented some of those ideas recently. You are going to have too go into more detail on how the system will work.
Why did you exclude this idea for a while? Why not implement immediately?

How would you want resource sharing to work
Example: I need 1000 of the Axir go to the tribe building and ask for support resources so that the members of the tribe to support and complete the construction.

How do you stop people using smurf/farm accounts to obtain resource and feed it into a main account? or move resource into shielded accounts so it cannot be lost?
