Remove loot penalty on revenges[ DISCUSSION]

For up to 3 townhalls lower( th10 vs th7)

***please also include reducing loot penalties on a revenge raid in option 1***

If a th7 wants to lightning DE and and take a risk for the great loot, the risk needs to be increased. As of now, the risk is minuscule, or in fact nothing. Th9-10 get basically no loot from attacking a th7, but th7's can get 300k-400k?!?! There is no way in which sc can argue that is fair. I dare them to try. I can see the loot penalty for attacking a lower th level, but they shouldn't get a reward for attacking a higher th level, that makes it completely one sided. Removing/greatly reducing the loot bonuses, or even just the loot penalties on the revenge raids would dramatically increase loot at higher th levels, th9/10, where it is greatly needed. I know this topic has been brought up, but I don't think there has been a thread solely for it. As many say, you mess with the bulls, you get the horns!

Please keep the thread flame-less of all types, no arguing. If you disagree, please make a intelligent debate, not a senseless argument.

Its a side affect of farming.... A Hazard of the job... Dont like it but lets be honest if you were them you would do it too...

You surely make plenty of resources from raiding on a daily basis, one piece of advice is start your daily raids up high, drop and farm as you do, which takes about an hour or two depends on activity... Then as your ending you day start Upping your trophies again... make sure you have your TH out...

if you end your day around 1700 then theres a very high chance as soon as you log off your TH will be sniped.. Most likely your DE will be too... But your aim is to limit the attacks by getting the TH Taken out asap after logging off.

Personally i never revenge... And never revenge a TH snipe thats the lowest of the low... Even lower than Lighting peoples DE

I'm th9, loot isn't too bad, but it's still the point in which sc is punishing higher level players, and rewarding lower level. I get the concept of making it harder as you progress, but it should be in a way which you can lose more via an attack that you can't even make a fraction of what you lost in a revenge, just because of a penalty.

You are the one manipulating your trophy count to optimise your farming intake... You cannot complain about the side affects if your doing that... Sorry i cant accept your complaint as valid... Now if you were in your natural trophy range and were experiencing this issue then its a valid point.... But you wouldn't have this issue as TH6/7s would rarely be there!

Sorry, I really don't see your concern at all.

They have already reduced loot bonus for TH7 against TH10 in the last update.

I have just upgraded to TH9 a couple of weeks ago, so an early TH9 - even then, I never have any fear about being attacked by a TH7! They won't be able to make a dent on my base.

Of course it is fair. Basically, we can wipe out any TH7 bases without a sweat!
OTOH, it is very difficult for TH7 to attack us - unless you have a premie base.... then you only have yourself to blame.

Of course it is one sided, because our army power is very one sided!!!
This is just like the Golf Handicap system, where weaker players are given a "bonus" in score.

So NO! I would not worry about or care about any loot from TH7 revenge.
If they can get resources from me, good for them. As it was not an easy task.

When my TH is outside I WANT someone to snipe it...why would I then seek to revenge them in some way....DE lightning I revenge them hard, but only because I want them to know it was for lightning my DE....even though that doesn't really anger me either :-p if you are getting angry at people who attack you....how do you think they feel everytime you raid them....ITS THE ENTIRE GAME...don't take it personal if I 100% your base... Or maybe you'll be one of the ones I blow the raid on and mess it all up...it happens, chill out mate.

My thoughts exactly. DE zapping is a point you must consider when deciding what trophy range you operate in. Go up in trophies, you'll probably farm gold less efficiently (otherwiseyou would be in that range already), but you're less likely to be zapped by a lower TH - it's a trade off so deal with it.
