Basically, it's been in existence since day 1, and SC still aren't notifying ppl about it properly (let alone fixing it).
I know about the time lag bug but before this update I always get the notification when the upgrade finished, but now the notification goes before the upgrade finishes, my guess is the notification goes when the upgrade should have finished ( without the time inflation bug ) but the actual upgrade still finishes on the inflated time.
Correct. The notification (should) be on time...as I believe it is set to come from your device...hence why you should still receive one, even when you are not on wifi, or 3G.
I guess you're right. But still Supercell should look into it. It is very annoying to get the upgrade completion notification and when you open the app all your builders be busy!

Not just me...Everyone has had...and is still having the problem with time lag. Notifications are 1 very small part of it.
Shared attacks/defences show a count of 2 in the clan chat instead of 1. (that read button which says how many new messages have been posted)
Every time I start coc app the loading bar gets too half way then automatically closes back to app page iv tried deleting coc and reinstalling but nothing's working
