I had to stop lurking and log in just to say ABSOLUTELY NO. Obstacles are called obstacles for a reason . If you want them in a certain location ,build a base so they will spawn there . So many of us have sacrificed tons of loot using spawn bases . Letting players move them would be heart breaking . Sooo are ice dragons still off the table? They sound fun.
But anyway the letter Q has been widely thrown around with different suggestions, quesadillas and quidditch obviously being the best guesses. But with them throwing out "clan games" to me personally it seems like it would be clan type quests without completely spoiling it too early. That other guy with super long post layed all quest stuff out so no need for me to elaborate.
But if it does happen to be queue a seperate queue for donations would be absolutely amazing.
Side note- Try to give the moderators and staff some slack they try to do everything they can to make the majority of players happy with resources that they are allowed.
