Hello and welcome to the forum.

If your barn is full you cannot collect from fishing nets. That has always been the case, but there's a small glitch at the moment. Unfortunately, when you tap on the net, you will not see the usual message that says your barn is full.

Clear space in your barn and you will be able to collect the fish.
