Can’t load my game from my old phone

Hi team,

I recently got a new phone and I have connected with game centre on the old and now the new phone. And to my dismay I can only load up to towhn hall level 6 on my new phone,when on my old phone I’m on level 10 town hall. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it, sign out and in of game centre but nothing will work and I can’t load my actual progress on my new phone and for some reason I don’t get a code. Both phones are iOS what do I do?

Are you sure that you are using the correct (same) Game Center ID? You may have to do a factory reset after switching Game Center IDs (if you have multiple)
