If you have to look for the candidate then tap the community button at the top and select member list.
Tap search members and type in their name and search. When you see them in the results visit their profile and you'll see a list of messages. Default it shows all (which is that user and his/her friends) tap on their name next to all and you see a list of their last posts and times.. from there you can view more to see the entire post.
