Right now, when you look through your friends or the newspaper, you see an exclamation point when they need help. If the help is only required from their neighborhood, you don’t see the exclamation. However, if the box requires an item that you don’t even have yet because it’s above your level, it still shows an exclamation point. I wish that this would become similar to the neighborhood help where if you can’t help (because you’re not in the neighborhood,) you don’t see that the person needs help. If they require an item in their boat that you don’t have yet, it shouldn’t show you that they need help until you are at that level. It would make help tasks easier and quicker to do.
