Please fix my farm nick - i’m still stuck in the rookie league

Hi Nick

I have messaged support many times yesterday and now today, posted here and on the bugs forum and posted images of my farm - but have had no positive response. - only one from yourself saying I Am in the Champions League -,well,I can assure you I am not.

I am still showing a green banner and in the Rookie League having received no rewards or achievements from the bingo Derby.

I have had many comforting messages from forum members hoping this gets resolved - thank you guys - but please Nick what else can I do??

I'm so sorry you are still dealing with this issue Sooty. It happened to me a while back (although I only went down 1 league from Champs). I was returned to Champs the following day (like one of the responders to your other post on this). My concern now is if you complete a task in this derby under rookie league, that you'll have to work your way back up to Champs (but IDK). I certainly hope not. I'm sure that Nick will see your posts on this. Hang in there...

The one positive is that at the start of this derby I have been returned to the Champions league.

The worst of the many disappointments is that this is the first time in nearly 4 years of playing that I have had to ask support for help and have had absolutely zero response.

I have not received any rewards or achievements for my hood’s Bingo success from last week

Thank you to my fellow forum members who have taken time to send me personal messages of support that is most welcome - I only wish our leaders were like minded.

This mess is really making me evaluate if it is worth continuing on with the game I love and this makes me so sad.

Sooty you are not alone in not seeing your bingo lines counting for the bingo achievement (this is happening to m right now), or in being shorted derby prizes.

Please go back to support with your prize list and continue until they send you your things by Alfred. That CAN be done, because there is a record of your selections and a record of you not getting the prizes,

I been in this situation few week ago and support can't do anything except they delivered my rewards through Alfred.

When new derby start, I back to champion. Give it sometime (in my case 4 days) and you'll see thropy on your derby stand. I suggest don't enter your derby stand even only for trashing or your on going derby progress will be resetter to 0%.

Just do your on going task until done then its safe to enter your derby stand but if you not on a task, safe to enter anytime and you can claim your rewards from last derby

Support rarely, and I do mean rarely, responds within 24 hours. Patience is hard, but it will probably take several days or more before you hear from them. Like so many, I put in a ticket for the missing achievements. That was two days ago and I have yet to receive a reply. I was not expecting one this week actually. I have contacted them before and my issues have always been resolved.

Unless it’s Deco or Cheese I’d never know if I got the rewards or not. Sometimes ignorance really is bliss. I was still having the missing BEM/SEM issue last time I checked, but as ‘supoort’ was accusing me of using it (yeah, because at level 135 I can upgrade with 2-5 bits of BEM/SEM at a time ) I gave up checking because it was totally ruining the game for me. It’s not right, but what can you do? There’s no one ‘higher’ to take your problems to. Unfortunately.

I was in the same predicament. With the new derby, it did reset my derby status, giving me my rewards, bumping me up back to CL. I got the rewards, but not the original ones, but oh well. Also, my current derby progress was reset ( just one task, no big deal). So, wait and hope. If not this derby, it may reset on the next one.
