Check my Base and Army Composition Please!

Hey guys, I'm a TH 8 and have been for a while. My levels are decent but still kind of bad. I need help on priorities and stuff like that, so here I am.

I'm too lazy to go into each and every building level though I know not many are maxed.

Here is my army composition:
9 Dragons (Lv 2), 2 Balloons (Lv 4), 10 Archers (Lv 4), 3 Lightning (Lv 5), 1 Poison (Lv 1), Barbarian King (Lv 8)

Clan Castle: 5x Balloons (Max Level), 1x Haste (Usually Lv 3)

And that's it. How am I doing?
