Dear Clash of Clans,
Im contacting you because apple team advised me to do so. Basicly i was playing clash for over a year now, couple of weeks ago I Lost my phone but luckylly my phone was found.
Since then when I tried to log in to my clash of clans account I have to start the game from begining ! I already spend £30 on this game and a lot of my time, i had level 89 or 90 as far as I can remeber and my nick name was Wick3dPL, when I log in to my gamecenter account I can see all my achievments byt other than that I have to start the game from begining which is really ... Bad
This is my ref no from apple 520484451 (when I contacted them and they have checked and confirm that my account has been ♥♥♥♥ed.

I did contact COS support but it took them 2 weeks to get back to me with this..

I understand that you would like to recover your game which was linked with your Game Center account. I will help you in this issue.
The only way to recover your village is to have it linked to your Game Center account. If it is linked, please login to your Game Center account via your device's Settings > Game Center (if you are using an older version than iOS 7, you will have to do this in the Game Center app), and then start Clash of Clans. You should see a popup asking if you want to recover your village. Please note that if you select "Yes" from this popup, you will lose the village in the background.
In case you did not have a Game Center account, please get back to us with the following details:
1- Name of the village:
2- Name of the clan you are part of:
3- Town Hall level:
4- When was the last time you played

I did get back to them straight away and since then I havent recieved any reply.

Well when I go to setings and game center there's no such a thing as clash of clans, however whem i go to game center app i can see it and when i press Those thee dots (...) it says play and when I click on that it just starts the game from begining...
Last time I wad playing was around 5 weeks ago when my iphone was Lost. My clash of clans if at this time was wick3dpl i was begining to Poland or Polska clan (one of them) my th lvl was maximum lvl 10 and I was upgrading my wizzards to lvl 6".

I just downloaded it again and nothing although I can see i on my home screen and I can pley it but Im starting the game from begining.
