Moved down to rookie leauge and can’t choose rewards

Hi there farmers,

the last recent derby at the end it said for me the hood was moved down from champions leauge to rookie leauge and I can’t access to any of my rewards. This has happend for others aswell in my neighbourhood and we are a bit angry. Has this happend to you and do you know a solution to this problem?

Hi,

Same here 😐.
Specs: Android, connected via Google Play / Facebook.
While on my Main Farm, connected via FB i could simply resolve the Issue by killing Cached HayDay Process, the problem on jr Farm remains.
Even re-install of HayDay and Google Play as well as leaving and re-joining in Neighborhood and opt-in/out Derby didn't resolved the problem.

Contacted Hayday via inbuilt Support mailer.

Just got demoted from Champions League to Rookie league....not the normal process of demotion. I am the only one in my NH that shows Rookie League. Currently looking for resolution.
