Basically we got a family clan ( lvl 10) and our leaders nephew made some new player leader ... we tried to talk to him but he is like 10 yers old kid ! is there any chance to get back leadership ? We tried to contact supercell 2 days ago and they didn’t replayed ...

Supercell don’t get involved in clan politics, we live and die by decisions of the leader of the clan.
All you can do is try and talk to him but I fear you have lost your clan because of a silly decision by your nephew.

I'm sorry but it appears your legitimate leader handed the job to a fellow clan mate who has done nothing wrong and now finds themselves in the bosses chair. As Saleh has said try to reason with him but there is nothing Supercell can, will or should do to remedy it for you I'm afraid.
If he's really a 10 year old kid, then surely you should be able to outsmart him into giving leader back? Or maybe bribe him with a google play card? Supercell won't intervene. If nothing else works and you really want your clan back, you could always try reporting him for underage playing, although that seems kind of mean and nasty.
One of our cos that ran the old feeder made the same mistake with the leader's nephew when he hopped to the main clan. It was only until long after we ditched it and made a new feeder that he wanted to give it back lol
