Let’s suggest a few tweaks for bingo derby.

In my head it would be all tasks complete on the card...or as in your example all 96 tasks. That way everyone could be working on bingo tasks and not have to worry about stressing about what tasks to take...or us leaders micro managing everyone’s derby...which by the way I hate to do. Everyone needs to be able to play their own game.
But if they did it the other way that would be fine too. As long as they get rid of having to bingo all 3 at the same time.

Eliminating the need for micro-managing task-taking and all the worry/stress that brings would be a big plus.

But omg imagining having to do 9 or 10 tasks on all sixteen bingo squares - which was the layout on our bingo board... I don't know whether to laugh or weep hysterically.

Lol...weep hysterically! But if taken into account if they cut the number by half for the harder tasks like I suggested also or letting basket tasks count towards a square...maybe up to 3 squares...depending on what’s in the basket...would drop it all down quite a bit! So then all you would have to do is laugh!!!

I’m very curious to see how they will tweak it. I’m a very patient person and my NB very easy going. But if they don’t tweak it to where it’s doable AND enjoyable then I can’t promise not to be here with pitchforks in hand. Cuz losing out on a few prizes is okay...if it remains the same and a point derby comes out....I predict a whole lot more of angry posts..moreso than they received so far this week. But I have confidence they will do something positive for it...else I’ll have to eat my words and I hate eating crow.

Yeah, if they incorporated more of your suggestions, then going for a blackout bingo would be a lot of fun. As long it were reasonably do-able, then I'd definitely try to go for it.

Same feeling here. Pity as the idea seemed good but as usual SC built it around frustration and withholding required tasks in hope of enticing diamond spend to refresh tasks. If every week is a points bingo eeek then we’re going to lose interest even faster than us happening currently.

I would love to know how many diamonds will be spent today trying to finish up long tasks. (Goat milk, strawberries, etc...) My task board is overwhelmingly these long tasks, but I can’t get 2 honey tea all week. How many people can really spend 6 days living on Hay Day just trashing tasks? How many will be disappointed anyway? These are the tweaks I think need to be made.

Here is a suggestion: how about having the ability to trash your bingo card for a new one...maybe up to three times. Of course HD will probably require it be purchased with diamonds, but still, it would be nice.
