So once again the war matching process gives us the following:
- A war we are unlikely to win.
- A boring war for the TH9’s in our clan who will crush the rushed opposition bases at the bottom of their roster.
- Lots of easy overpowered TH11 attacks for our lazy opponents who don’t want to grind and update walls and defences.’
Some in our clan are complaining – but others are saying if we can’t beat ‘em join ‘em and let us make some engineers – particularly with the builder books and blue potions from clan games making it easier than ever to engineer a base.
This is a disaster for clash. War is by far the most interesting part of the game – can you design an anti-three star base? Can you attack one? Engineered rosters are taking this away. Can you design a TH9 base that will keep out a TH11? No you cannot, doesn’t matter how hard you try. Can you as a TH9 beat a rushed base with no x-bows and low level air defences – yes every time, easy. Then you lose the war.
Supercell it is time to penalize attacks on the TH below you in war (unless it is your roster mirror) - two stars max available.


It's much harder to 3 star a maxed th11 than to 3 star a new th11! How many times do I need to repeat this?!
