Clan War Mismatch - Gathering new infoz (again for science)

Comment: We have had a series of good matches by which I mean our non-engineered against similar non-engineered, this has allowed us to build a decent (for us) win streak of 8, but this war and the last we are matched against an engineering clan. This time they have two th10 without infernos but max troops/spells/camps at #3 & #4, our #3 & #4 are early to mid th10 but have been 'good' and have all defences placed, they then have an engineered th11 @ #16, max dragons and laloon with very few defences listed below th8 in war, an engineered th10 @#15, max th9 dragons and all spells with very few defences listed below th8 in war, and an engineered th8 @#19 with max th8 dragons and all spells with only a single lvl1 cannon listed below th5 in war, I will ignore the engineered th6 @#20 as it is irrelevant. They have also roster engineered with a spread th11 through th5 while we are th11 through th8. They hold a clear advantage over us in having four max th11 attackes to our two. We may still win, but I don't want to be matched against engineering clans, I want to be matched against similar clans to our own, non-engineering, something I know supercell said this new war mm should deliver. It seems to me that as our war win streak rises we are more and more likely to meet engineering clans and get less and less "fair" matches. I want to be matched with non-engineering clans for a "fair" war.

I honestly don't know why I bother. You don't seem to care enough. This mismatch situation is old news.. But anyway.. Since my last post we have been mismatched again (of course), but this mismatch is beyond crazy.

You need to understand that this is destroying the game. Not all clans can participate in clan war leagues. Not all people can buy max accounts like the elite war clans. Any more excuses are unacceptable.

That is worse than ours! Wow. Hold your head up. The servers are down right now for maintenance, so maybe they are fixing it?

US: Level 7 clan, #1 TH11, #2 TH11, #3 TH11, #4-#8 TH10, #9 TH9, #10 TH4. Our 1-4 bases have ITs. xbows down to number 7. Our #9, while a TH9, has small troops and small defenses (biggest being L8 cannons and ATs)
THEM: Level 13 clan, #1 TH11, #2-7 TH10, #8-10 TH9. Their 1-7 bases have ITs. xbows down to TH9. TH9 defenses are level 11 cannons and AT, Level 7 WTs.

So obviously, our 9 and 10 have been effectively taken out of the war. They have little chance at staring. 10 has no chance with only level 1 troops.

I think supercell must make a clanwar complain button......when the clan thinks it's a mismatch you hit that button and explain what your complain is about the war.....then let super cell look into the clan war and if they think it's a mismatch they start a new search for the clan war.
This wayway they don't need to do something about the algorithm and the clans that have engineered accounts will be blocked every cw

After one balanced war which came down to skill, back to a perceived mismatch, why? Th line ups below, but basically we have 6 x th11(1 just turned th11), against 13 th11, in a 20v20 war 7 which sit in the bottom 10 bases, all have the warden ability, and at least 4 max th11 troops (mainly air troops, but witches and bowlers as well). The top 9 of the th11 accounts (lowest being no13) have th11 defences but are engineered. My clan have joked that we’ve had our one fair matchup for the year, as this is the sort of matchup we continually face whatever type or mixture of bases we take to war, so have basically decided to include whoever wants to war now.

Good idea. MORE: what about a skip over button, like searching in Multiplayer?
Pay a sum of resources, and take another search time is better than waste 2 day for a wrong war....
Should not difficult to implement.

My personal (one-person) clan has had this problem many times. It is fun when I beat them, though!

How were the bases different? # of TH11s? # of TH10s? etc.

No engineered bases on either side
Total Wt/BK/AQ/GW - Us 996/379/393/140 - Them 1058/396/418/163. Difference in defensive wt 62k. Difference in hero levels 17/25/23. Both to their advantage. Not to mention them having 4 extra max troop atks.

After doing all the 'changes' to the war roster to get fair matches (reducing the Th spread, Removing the engineered bases, removing filler accounts at the bottom), we are still getting these mismatches. It is frustrating and most of the clan members are losing interest in the game.
