Puzzle Piece Event 🛳

This is how it happened to me:
- My first boat (after the event started) had a puzzle piece on the dock
- I used 5 diamonds to call the boat
- I filled up the crates and sent it off
- After the boat left, I went to the sanctuary to check and there was no puzzle piece

In that case please also send a ticket to ingame support.
That sure doesn't sound like it behaved as it should.

My earlier explanation is a source of confusion for many as well because the same thing happened last event and bugs definitely do add to the confusion lol.

So what do those of us who toiled long and hard to get all the puzzle pieces get please?


We do not need puzzle pieces - or are you going to allow us to stockpile them for when you release new animals or another sanctuary - because right now we can’t like permits we can not stockpile.

All the other rewards you get for filling boats stays the same as always.

Whoops.. seems like it is a bit off. We'll fix it.

So, you can skip any boat you want and you won't lose puzzle pieces, but max amount of pieces during this event is 5.

Same problem with the french translation. It says you can get up to 5 PP per boat you send. That’s misleading, you only get one per boat

I think I received 6 puzzle pieces this event. I went from needing 20 pieces to needing just 14. Also, the event placard reads "6/5 rewards earned"

This morning I completed one of my regular puzzle boats during the event. Before the event started I saw it has a puzzle piece so I consider it regular. Will I get this week now 1+5=6 puzzle pieces instead of 2+5=7?

Yup, quite misleading in French. I checked the text in English and I'm not sure how they managed to screw up the translation. The translator wasn't paying attention I guess... They should hire me, I'm totally fine being paid in (virtual) diamonds .
So, based on the French text I was thinking "wow, I could get TWENTY-FIVE pieces using 25 diamonds? Sign me up!". Well in the end I did spend 25 diamonds but got only 6 pieces... it was worth it

Same here. Nice surprise! I need only 4 more pieces for my 4th animal.

I am not receiving the final puzzle piece from the current boat event... I received 4 pieces from the first 4 boats I did today... since then I have filled & sent 8-10 boats & none have had a puzzle piece attached & my upcoming boat does not have the puzzle piece icon attached. As I understood it each boat, up to 5, during this event would receive a puzzle piece, at this point after sending approximately 12 - 14 boats today I am still missing one! I have submitted an error report to customer support... am awaiting their response.

Just got my 3rd animal thanks to this, one of each type in my town now.

So did I 😀😀😀. I was happy with 5 as I have one boat to go and would not have had time to do more. Thanks SC😀😀
