    Player support is useless so I’m trying here

    My messages with player support have disappeared so idk maybe posting on here will help?


    I’ll try keep it short
    1 week ago my gmail was logged into by a hacker I guess and then shortly after that my clash of clans village starts being accessed by another device. I had recovered my email and put 2 step authentication on it. But because of the wonderfull way coc works once you have a village on a device you don’t need to be logged into google play or game centre...
    So in the past week the checker has kicked pretty much my entire clan that I was co leader in spent all my gems ruined all my friendships by abusing my friends and removed 3 years worth of obsticals (3 types of Christmas trees, anniversary cakes and Halloween caouldrens) and has also removed the decorations that cost gems

    So now I’m here I don’t know what to do.
    So far I’m 99% sure that this is the guy using my account [removed] my account is always donating to him and ends up in the same clan as him every clan I end up in is Indian or Bangladesh and google said my account was accessed by a device in India. So I’m gonna take a wild stab in the dark and say that an Indian has hacked my account...

    My questions are:
    What do I do?
    Will SC help get him off my account?
    Do I get my decorations and obsticals back?
    Do I get my gems back?
    And what even happened to my player support conversation that disappeared???

    Ok, let me get this straight, someone wanted your CoC account so badly that they somehow managed to elicit your google account details from you including your password just so that use your account to donate troops? Call me Mr Suspicious but something just doesn't sound right her.

    I'm sorry I don't have any sympathy for you at the moment OP but judging by what you have said above I can only surmise that you bought the account off the person you are now calling the 'hacker' not knowing that as they are the original owner they can take back control at any point they like.

    Contact Supercell Support, explain to them the situation as it is. Then wait for you account to be released again...

    and to the rest of your questions. Yes, no, no and nothing....

    what you do is simple you contact supercell in game support and tell them someone is accessing your base they will then lock out ur base/account and then do a owner verifaction process with you this process takes a few days and you need to be able to prove your the owner details needed for example when was the base created, when did you last buy gems then once you have been able to confirm ownership they will send you a unlock code for your base which is time sensitive you need to enter it before it expires as for your other questions no to both they are gone for good

    my clash of clans was accessed 2 days after my email was hacked so I don’t think it was on purpose.

    And for you people that can’t seem to read I have contacted supercell...
    verified my account from gem perchases from last year but supercell haven’t gotten back to me and it’s been over a week my account isn’t locked or anything and this guy is just reaping havoc
