Reloads and Resets 😡

I have an Iphone my bf has an andriod and we both have the same problem. Hayday random reloads and everything we did for the last minute resets and we lose everything we collected. I lost crops and items I collected and he lost land deeds and the land he had just expanded. I also dont get to watch any sponsored videos for rewards with my tickets anymore. I click the ticket and automatically get a reward. Problem is I can only do it twice. He used to have the same problem but he got a new phone and it’s fine now.

I've lost wheat ( which isn't a big deal) ...but didn't gain the hay (for safari animals) in my queue to be made... so this COULD potentially be a bigger issue. I've lost at least one stake due to a reset. It's reset over a dozen times while I've played in the past hour. It's getting old really fast.

I've been having the same problem. I've been collecting various crops this evening and it suddenly goes back to the Halloween HayDay loading page - then opens and crops I've just harvested are still there as though I didn't collect them or not all of them. When I first opened HayDay, I seemed to have an unusual amount of space in my barn. Last night when I closed, I didn't have that much. Can't be specific to what's missing. Also yesterday, I thought it odd that when I collected crops and got a wood tile thingy, it didn't register in my barn. I bought another one through the DD, this didn't register either. I thought it was just me, but then noticed these other things happening today. Not sure what is happening, but something odd is a foot.

Yes I'm getting the same thing since the update, twice now I've gotten the tools to upgraded the silo, but when i do it the game resets and I'm missing the tools I need to upgrade when it comes back....

If you contact the help desk they can check your history and will restore if they can confirm.

You need to report it so that they see its lots of people, not just 1 or 2.

However, they told me you have less BEM/SEM after expanding or selling it. No manure Sherlock. After playing almost 3 years I'm pretty familiar with these concepts! But I didn't do either. I've responded to them

From various friends, so far produced items missing have been mostly Feta & lobster, but it's likely to be a position (highest product for example) than a specific item across the board I'd think.

I'm having crop issues too, but don't have screen shots so can't be specific. However, I normally keep roughly the same levels of stock in there and wheat until it's full, but yesterday I had a LOT of space. I think it took a lot of one item I was storing for a Visitor Event, but I'm not sure because I don't know how much I had exactly, but I thought a lot more than is there now.

I'm in Apple still on ios10.

I had 4 restarts today but when planting.
So I have not recognized a loss but it never happened before the update.
( I have reported it using the ingame support but the do not reply since many days now)
