No ghost here either. I play and check often. It has to be a glitch

Happy Halloween for me, FINALLY a ghost, despite relentlessly checking hourly for the better part of a week. Maybe giving up was the trick! 6:13am...makes me think it really was hiding only in the wee hours. Hopefully it’s back tomorrow morning. Good luck to the remaining ghostless, hopefully this gives you hope rather than frustrating you further
Still no ghost here... messaged support today, hoping for a canned answer shortly, then a real one before the event ends
Got my ghost at last, for the first time. I gave up actively looking for it, and found it this morning at around 8:30 am while collecting ducks. Got the special coffin. I hope everyone else who has yet to see the ghost finds it. It was very frustrating so I understand.
