Clan ♥♥♥♥ed today!

Our Clan was ♥♥♥♥ed today October 25 1:00 est, a player by the name of FLUFFYBUNNY joined the clan uninvited, proceeded to kick one member, then took control of another members account/player name. The legitimate player was active and could use chat. There seemed to be 2 ♥♥♥♥ers. One, FLUFFYBUNNY and another that took over the active players account. FLUFFYBUNNY proceeded to promote all the members to elder except one, kicked one member. at the same time the other was chatting and posting comments directed at the clan leader and uttering profanities about the player whose account was taken over. Other members were active and could see what was happening but could do nothing due to it all happening very quickly. The end result was that the active player that was taken over, lost enough trophies to go from Silver I to Bronze III.
Once the clan leader returned to the game, he asked what happened, was told and then demoted FLUFFYBUNNY to regular member, FLUFFYBUNNY was still in the clan, reinstated the clan to its correct levels of elders then kicked FLUFFYBUNNY. Clan members that were present during the episode explained what happened to the clan leader. The statements were directed to the leader stating that payback is a ♥♥♥♥♥ and revenge is best severed up hot. This was an intentional ♥♥♥♥ delivered by the former clan leader who was ousted by the clan. If support would like user names, I can provide.
There is concern that the players account has been compromised, passwords have been reset already. As well as, this reoccurring. Please inform of steps that can be taken to prevent this from happening again.

I'm guessing the "h@cker" was one person. Here's what I think happened:
1. Perpetrator acquires the GC account/pass or device on which the "active account" is played on.
2. Perpetrator uses "active account" to invite Testtt 32, his other account.
3. Perpetrator promotes Testtt 32 to elder, allowing him to kick/be invulnerable from elder kick.
4. Testtt 32 kicks as many people as possible, promotes to elder, etc.
5. Leader comes on and is able to kick Testtt 32.

Not really a hāck, someone in your clan was either irresponsible with their device or illegally sold/transferred their account.

OP i've had to remove the names as they are not unique in game we don't allow naming and shaming.

as acf explained it was one guy - FLUFFYBUNNY - most likely he allowed his account to be taken over by someone else - offer of free gems, trying to sell or trade an account, sold a device with GC still logged in etc can be the cause of that.

I understand the sequence, but something does not make sense. It turns out the testtt 32 person requested to join and was not invited. The player that accepted him was the player that was taken over. After speaking with the player whose acct was taken over and others who witnessed it. This person, was the old leader of another clan we were all in. The things he said were related to what transpired. He said "you took my clan" and named the leaders name. the promotions were occurring simultaneously with the taken over chat. The Haxed players base was destroyed as if attacked and lost a major amount of trophies. the player whose account was taken over is a law enforcement officer. Testtt 32 asked him if his bank accounts had the same passwords as his game center account! the taken over player switched devices and then all seemed to stop but the damage was done. Testtt 32 remained a member of the clan until the leader kicked him about 2 hours after the incident. So how does someone destroy your own base and drop you from Silver I to Bronze III in less than 30 seconds? Could the scorned leader have hired a Haxor to do this? There were suspicious players joining and leaving the clan as well over a weeks time as well. Why not just destroy everyone's account or kick all members, or is that only possible if the leaders acct is taken over? the players iphone is being swapped now due to this incident. The leader has closed the clan. Will this prevent a recurrence? I have the player names that were involved if you need them, but wont post them here. I have requested contact with Super Cell admin as well.

Once again, this was not a random attack, it was planned by a disgruntled Ex member/leader of the old clan.

This also needs to be sent to our player support team. Posting those here won't help. They will take care of this as soon as possible!
