My Town Visitor Gifts don’t make it to my barn now !

Yes confirmed. I updated other thread that if you select the building instead of using the new UI to release and collect reward you should receive this in your barn

Collect from building may work for some but definitely not for everyone. Very much a proceed at own risk suggestion if you want to get a gift.

Agree with fruitdaddy. I received reward through townhall interface from a multi-serve visitor. Did not receive reward with single serve visitor.

i have never clicked on the building, only using the town hall interface re. saving derby peeps.

Possibly, but unconfirmed, could it be related to single-serve vs multi-serve visitors? Just a thought from a sample size of one.

I’m not receiving gifts from fully served townies either, no matter how many bldgs they’ve visited, or if I release them from town or bldg itself. I’m on an iPad mini iOS 11 and also had a hard time getting the update this morning through the App Store. Just now collected prize from river ..1 bolt but yet my barn increased by 2, got 1 free map. Definitely buggy!!

I also play on my android phone, tested it there, everything seems fine on it.

Hope it gets resolved soon.

I haven’t received a gift all day. I never used the town hall to try to receive the gift. Always go to the building itself and tapped on townie. After reading message here that some were receiving gifts now I went to my town and tried again. Still no gift. All of mine were multi-serve as I had no single serves in my town.
Hoping this is fixed by derby time.

Just took screenshots of my barn, went and collected from standing outside the spa and the shovel never reached the barn. Went and collected from inside townhall and the screw never reached the barn. I never knew there was this glitch and I collected a lot of townies first thing this morning. I hope they can retrieve the lost items

Just did a test on my android farm and not receiving the gift from inside the townhall. Not willing to test for outside the building! Lol

Hi hayday-team. Can we expect an update on this bug soon?
All my town visitors are waiting to be served. I really want to help them. However I find it impolite to trash their gifts.

We're looking into this! Hopefully we can fix the remaining visitors to give you the rewards via a maintenance, but can't promise we can do anything about the ones you lost. You may reach out to our support from within the game about that.
