Where are my town visitor gifts going ?
i collect the coins and xp (haven’t actually checked that they are adding on correctly), but I have noticed that the presents they are supposed to give to me are not arriving in my barn !!!!

Hi, here the same problem. Presents doesn't make it to the barn. 7 or 8 presents are lost.
Looks like it's a bug in the latest update.
Coins and xp are added corrctly.
I have the exact same problem. Coins and xp work. Gifts dont lost 6......

Yes I have heard from a friend her gifts not going to barn either, she also lost some sh collected this morning before the update I found that's of any interest to the powers that be. Please help.

I cleared a visitor and the prize, a deed, did show up in my barn, fwiw. Android user.
A gift from a sanctuary visitor also found its way to my barn.

I tried on my Android too and same problem as iOS: no gift. Nobody in my hood is seeing them.
Yes. After seeing this thread, I jotted down how many of each item I had and the total of my barn. I went to town and cleared just one visitor. My deed count and my barn count went up by one each. I then repeated with the sanctuary gift.
Not doubting anyone is having a problem, just offering more info.

People in my neighborhood are reporting that as well; they are not actually getting the gifts.
I myself can't tell, since I'm not playing town during the double exp/rep event. I don't want to level up too fast, haha. Need more space first (for additional town buildings and also in my barn to stack even more items that visitors might want).
