as you can see the dark elexir storage is inside the town hall, so as the air defenses are hidden in the resources collector.

Probably a glitch considering the fact that it's an abandoned base.

It was a bug that happened when village edit mode was introduced. It has been fixed so it can not happen again, but anyone who did it before it was fixed gets to keep it.
