No just a lower level one, but it looks like I'm going to have to move up in trophies....am getting raided for more de than i can raid and collect.

Yeah Moose come on up to 1800+ where you get Zapped only about 1 time in 100.

Your Townhall is outside your walls, right?

1900-2000 there is pleanty on it, assuming your base can defend against full raids. No zap attacks there either. Below that would be speculation for me and above that, you may become hindered by stronger bases, again, depending on your base.

One of the most annoying thing about the game......ive put a lot of coin into this but love a challenge as well....which includes upgrading barb king and archer queen.....which takes a lot of raiding for de......i put two weeks of solid raiding into this game to almost get enough de to upgrade my queen......and you get people who attack you with 5 max lightning spells on your de storage taking a 500-1000 everytime.....are you able to fix this somehow? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, regards Moose1977

What lvl is ur queen that it takes two weeks to get enough de? What range are u raiding in?

im raiding in masters 3, getting 2500-3k a raid, around 30k a day, and I don't get any lightning attacks due to being in masters. It may not be the best strategy for gold though, so that May factor into what you do, but if de is most important I say try this

just raise trophies. from what i see anywhere above 1600 u almost never get lighting-ed.

I'm just assuming you are one of those idiots that do it.....and you cant actually try and raid the persons base.

Actually I learned about it here on the forum. I do raid, usually with 1 lightning & 1 heal spell. I will use the lightning for de if it's getting late in the battle and I still have it. But even when I was th6 (I just finished my th7 earlier this week) with no de storage, I would revenge with lightning on de if someone way out of my league wiped me out. I got 2106 de towards my achievement that way before I could do anything with it. I looked at it this way - if someone loses trophies enough so they could farm someone 2 or 3 th levels below them I'd hit back with revenge and lightning their de & get any collectors I could with goblins.

There have been many threads about DE lightning pro's and cons- it's obviously everyone's decision about how they raid. Let's all be gentle though about how others see the game though OK?

Since I don't have DE yet,I can't really understand.But,that sounds hecka annoying!You saved up DE for 2 weeks for nothing!

really, all you new people come on here to complain about dark elixir all the time. if you really hate how people lightning dark elixir, why dont you make a poll on it and see what the majority of the forumers think?

not being rude or anything, but as an experienced forumer, these dark elixir rant threads are totally repetitive and are tiring me out.
