BH4 is always going up against BH5 who is always up against BH6

This just means that the underdogs like to whine. BH5 can't ALWAYS be going up against BH6s if they are also ALWAYS beating up on the BH4s. For every matchup with a whiny underdog, there is also a silent favourite.

In the long run, practically everyone's win/loss ratio is 50/50. If you go on a win streak, your opponents get harder. If you go on a losing streak, your opponents get easier. Eventually, almost everyone stabilizes at a trophy level populated by your equally-skilled and equally-upgraded peers, and there you will remain, trading wins and losses. Naturally, increasing your skill and your upgrade level will have a slight positive effect on your win % (as most people will tend to get MORE skillful and MORE upgraded over time), but unless you are among the very best or the very worst, you are doomed to plateau at a 50% win rate with your peers.

Hello I’m a mid lvl BH6 you say there is no mismatching I tried 7 attacks today all 7 were against BH7’s with 5 camps and I lost of course. Lost 200 trophies so I just give up the game wasn’t being fair. Guess you’re mismatching bases so people will rush to BH7 then you will put out BH8 and make it not fair to the lower bases again this sucks. I would understand the mismatch if I was near maxed out but I’m only mid lvl.

Just to let you know I don’t get BH5’s at all just 6’s and 7’s and lately it’s been mostly 7’s I would love to attack a 5 with my 6 but the way this game is setup I don’t see that happening.

What is your player tag? How many trophies do you have?

There are a few ways to look at this.

First and foremost - BH7 was just recently released. Lots of players jumped ahead to it and with the Battlefest, even more have rushed to BH7. These players have to climb through the trophies to get where they belong and, unfortunately, they’ll be trampling a lot of players along the way. BUT...that is a temporary thing. My son’s two day old fought two BH7s today and we won; that’s under 2000 trophies. My BH6 games fight them all the time in the 2700-3200 range; I have a 50:50 win/loss ratio right now.

Second - You may still be coming down in trophies to where you should be, based on defensive capabilities, offensive capabilities, and attack skills. If you’re truly mid-level BH6 (everything to at least level 5 but maybe Roaster, several defenses to level 6, a few level 12 troops) then you should be cruising between 2700-3000 trophies.

Lastly - You might just have hit a bad run; it happens.

Today I decided to try play the builder base again, got matched five times after each other to bases one or two levels above mine.
Not a problem, just decided to just not play it any longer.

I was running almost 3000 trophies my run this morning knocked me down to about 2750 now I’m coming back up some. My bad run was because I had just finished lvl 10 on the battle machine so they had to throw a bunch of 7’s at me to see how I would do.e

Nah..it’s just how it works out. Sometimes it’s just the time of day.

So...most of your defenses are level 5; one Crusher is still level 4, Roaster is level 2, FCs and ATs are at level 6. Sneaky Archers, Boxer Giants, and Baby Drags are at 12, everything else but NWs (L1) at level 10. Looks like you’re back up to 2814 trophies with a personal best of 2992.

Your game is about where most of my BH6 games are and they’ve been creamed during the event. Right now, they are at 2773, 2909, and 2954. Before the event, they were all at 3100-3200.

Things should settle down over the next week and yuo’ll Be able to climb back above 3000. The sweet spot for these slightly less than midway games is 2900-3100under normal circumstances. With the event, all the people upgrading like crazy, and the timing of the BH7 release, there have just been more BH7s to contend with in the 3000s.

I found that my level 5 base frequently matched up with level 6 bases, and now matches against many level 7 bases after I upgraded to level 6. This has not been cause to quit in frustration as many of my opponents suck even worse at attacking and they usually did not max defenses before upgrading. Watch some good videos (I am partial to Noctaire's) and do some practicing and you should find that either you can do better, or maybe you should find a game that suits you better. In my experience, an average player should be able to win quite a few battles even when the opponent has a higher BH level because no real skill is required to upgrade and many who upgrade don't finish the job.
