have tried logging into my village for the first time in a year, but it is loading in a level 2 village? I go to check my achievements and I even have all the achievements from my account but its not loading my village in? proof;

Sign out your google account.
Clear data of google play games.
Clear data of coc.
Sign in your google account.
Launch coc and sign in your village.

You don't have to complete the tutorial to sign in your village. Once you open coc, the guide asks you if you already have a account to sign in.
