    No pop-up!too tired asking w/o answers from Supercell

    Not playing this app till a "REAL" pop-up shows to recover account. And i think not compatible w/ ACER-ICONIA coz it keeps on uninstalling itself. Too bad. Im a fan of the game. I get addicted then get frustrated. And as always , ill get no response. Godbless

    You've been waiting for six hours. The email support has always been pretty slow, sometimes up to two weeks for a response through the email in game. The moderators here are all volunteers with their own lives. You need to be a little more patient. It's also against the TOS to post multiple threads about the same topic.

    Answer a few questions for us, do you have an iOS device or is this a new account you started on your acer tablet? Also, do you know the specs for your device? What is the resolution, os version and how much ram? How about free space on your device? Is there enough? If you download the google 'play games' app, does clash of clans show up and does it show your achievements? Have you emailed support ingame? You do this through settings, help and support, report an issue, other. If you do email them include village name, TH level, clan name, etc.

    New account w/acer. Fourth account now. Acer iconia b1 - 512mb ram - 1024x600 res - and 16gb memory w/ 12gb free space .my first account named "Chibobo" was not connected in google+ . In my google play it shows the achievement of the 3rd account i re-started and the last account i connect w/ google+ . Im eager to play the app and so much frustration i get, so i hope you see where im coming from. Thankyou

    Your device specs are okay, so no issue there.

    Which account are you trying to recover? If it's the first one, only support can get it back to you through the ingame support I mentioned and I'm not even sure that works 100% of the time. When you log into google plus in clash of clans does it offer to bring up any account? If so which account?

    I definitely understand where you're coming from, if I couldn't log in I'd be a little frustrated. Remember though, most of the responses you'll get here are from people that don't have to help. So if you're annoying or angry no ones going to want to help you.

    I tried to recover the first one and send emails. But i think w/o connecting w/ google+ will be a littlebit impossible.thats why i chose to start again. Then still , it get uninstalled again by itself. What im trying to recover was the third one, coz im tired of finishing the tutorials and im worried if i start again. It will get uninstalled again and everything is a cycle.. no pop ups coming out asking anything.
    Maybe im annoying but im definitely not angry. More on frustreted. And for that im sorry.

    I am sorry about your problems, but if the game is uninstalling itself- this is definately a issue for SC Support. And yes unforunately it can take some time to get a reply. Did you get the automated replay with a Support ticket number?

    If your game is still on your iPad (at least I assume it is from your other thread) I would wait until you hear back from support before trying anything on the Acer tablet.
