I created professional looking threads before but this one is different..
I made some strict rules containing the vision I had for my clan .. spent 5-6 sitting alone trying to recruit someone anyone .. believe me the boredom is deadly
One guy joined .. his base better then mine I was overjoyed .. he had 2 big and 2 mini accounts ... soon we found some more members and did our first war..
Starting wars are extremely easy we won without a hitch.. Then followed betrayal .. he left the clan .. I asked him why but he didn't say .. thankfully I found some other loyal and dedicate members
(Betrayal is a bit harsh but the dude hopped clan to clan, made me feel uneasy)
We reached level 2 and now are 3-4 wars short of level 3 ... we win most but I have one extremely heavy th8 in the clan who's a complete deadweight .. and one 12 year old who is not that good because his studies get in the way also a deadweight but with a respect worthy reason so I let it slide without thinking twice but the first one ... eeeh he's a good guy but he really shouldn't be in war
I realised alot of gaps in my rules so I revised them ..
1)no donation ratio required but you can req if you see a req in chat must donate it before requesting ... I mean come on guys/gals
2)no rushed bases.. period..
3)engineered bases accepted but after joining you will have to build your defence to the max before upgrading
4)war plan must to be followed .. or you will have the boot ..
5)you need discord app to participate in war .. not to join the clan
6)you must opt out if you don't wanna be in war.. you must opt out if you don't have spells or heroes
7)you should have good 3* stratagies if you don't you need to be willing to learn and learn fast 😂
8)promotions are awarded on war performance, loyalty and overall behaviour
I took my time to write this .. this .. this thread like thing (can no longer be called a recruitment thread lol) I sure hope you take some of your time to read it.. you can reply here if you are interested
