not just high trophy players, but even just high level people. I personally think that 24 hours is too long. It should be 4-6 hours. Plenty of time in the sin bin to reflect/sulk/fume/resent/scratch your head and wonder why?

Its so stupid they don't give a solution to anything. I have started the game in france during summer and because of that my global chat is in French! I only visited france and dont even stay there And im stuck communicating with players in global with the very little french I know.

global chat is important part of game,SC should do something about it.sometimes i want to go onglobal chat but i dont bcoz i aware the button of REPORT.
