Im having some trouble getting resources. Any tips?

It seems to be a wide reaching problem right now. There are several threads about it up. Firstly I would drop a rank or go up a rank. If going up doesnt work then go down. It does not always work and it certainly won't solve the problem but it may help a little bit.
Secondly to find one of the other posts asking where the loot is and add you voice there. It can't hurt and may help bring attention to this problem. Maybe if enough of us say something about this game breaking problem it will get fixed.

Hello, and welcome to the forums.

First, can you give us more information? You know, Town Hall level, trophies, troop levels, etc.

Second, you should try to use cheap armies and go for easy loots. I use Barbarian-Archer-Goblin at TH 8 and 1200 trophies, and I get easy 200k / 200k raids. Look for lots of uncollected loot outside, rather than full storages inside. After all, it's easier to get those exposed mines than those well-guarded storages.

1400-1500 for th9 has been okay. 150+ each raid usualy.
