The fix for this problem, raising trophies works. Just because one person says they get thored in crystal in a thread doesnt mean that it doesn't work. Ive seen it work. Ive been there for it to work. Raise your trophies and it stops. Staying in gold, attacking lower th's and expecting farming immunity is not fair and all you gold th10 farmers are always whining to be tougher, to be immune to everything. Go up in trophies. Please someone sticky the fix!! Its easy to do. Leave gold. Dont farm silver or gold. Is this getting through to you????!?!?!??!?

Too bad, we high lvls need to develop put defences and its not protifable to hunt at crystal. The lower lvls sometimes act like its their range and we should just go trophy hunt. TH10s have a MASSIVE loot penalty and thats something you can NEVER argue against. You think TH10s demolish everyone in gold league and receive good cash and they have very tough defences. Guess what? Your perspective couldn't be more wrong, I'm TH9 and already finding it hard. Hope you get up here soon

Also why do any of you care if some one lighting de storages its part of the game, it also will happen so people who don't like that should suck it up and deal with it or stop playing cause its gonna happen

See it from our perspective: an undefendable strike that steals DE . Even if the base is impregnable to lower lvls the still find a way past that.
dude, if you were the one getting heavily struck and losing DE, you'd be fuming, don't deny it

Hello people,

Lately I get attacked so often by them lightening spells and always lose a lot of Dark elixir. Which for me is quite annoying as I have to farm a lot to get it!
Maybe an idea is to put an extra expansion method. Not only to expand in storage-space but also in protection against spells. Specificly the lightening spell.
Let us say that for 3 million gold you can upgrade your storage to ignore 25% of the damage done by the lightening spell. Less damage means less loot taken! For 5 million it could be 50% And you can go on like this untill 70 to 90%.

the game is not ment to light strike bases for cheap dark elixir. Which that player actually worked hard for to get. Its ment for full attacks. It is a pitty that we can not defend ourselves against these lame attacks.

The "lower levels" act like it's their range because it is their range. The way the trophy system was designed was that "lower levels" face "lower levels", and "high levels" face "high levels". If you are being lightninged, you are too low in trophies (unless it was by the same TH as you or higher).

Look, you can't have it both ways. If you want to prey on easy bases in gold, then you cannot complain about being lightning striked.

That's something you can NEVER argue against.

I agree totally with this post. I am a level 9 townhall, and an a victim of this as well. I am not a premature base. I maxxed out everything before I moved up, yet no matter where I am in trophy level, I get someone who doesn't care and takes my Dark Elixir.

I feel that there is a simple correction to this problem......

there is no need for an inferno tower to "block" the spells, or anything else of that nature.

Just make it that the Dark Elixir Storage alone. absorbs 50% of the damage of the lightning spell only.

This should stop the people from just dropping 2-4 spells and leaving, as well as at the end of the battle just to get the last of the DE.

It also doesn't overpower anything, and is gained as soon as you purchase the DE storage. I feel this is the best and easiest solution, as well as one that doesn't only apply to higher level game play, and also works in every ones favor.

Any suggestions or ideas to this?

whenever you reach like 35.000 dark elixir it happens --> cowards stealing dark elixir with p***y Lightning spell! Making it impossible to upgrade the Heros...

A Solution could not be easier: INFERNO TOWER PROTECTS STORAGES AGAINST LIGHTNING SPELLS WITHIN ITS REACH!

But supercell does not solve this frustrating problem... Maybe its not of interest in commercial regards...

I agree with what you said but I am not denying it was a pain in the ♥♥♥ to get my barb king because they lighting my de storages at least 6 times a day so. the only reason I lighting de is on revenges
