It's no more a flaw than sitting at 1400 trophies at Th9 is. The people that complain about this are doing the same exact thing. They are raiding others that no hope of defending or revenging.
If you climb to crystal league no one will lightning your storage, but then of course you lose access to all of the easy targets.
Absolutely not true. I have been in Crystal for a couple of months and get lightninged every day. Half the time by premmie TH10s.
