Mastermind's Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quests Idea (with TONS of pictures!)

Fantastic idea! Not only will this give the game another dimension it also gives you a reason to play everyday. I hate it when you reach a certain point (say lvl 10 th in this game) then you really have no reason to play. This has happened to me multiple time when I do everything that I can do then why play? I think this is an awesome idea that helps keep players active and gives them daily challenges.

Thanks Shawn! I do hear that from a lot of people too, about when they reach a high level or point in the game/max their base, especially if they are not a gemmer, that it gets quite stale. I think this would be a big step in the right dirction to add some variety and fun, without changing things too much. It would be safe, as opposed to Clan Wars, which still needs to be added IMO, but Clan Wars is definitely not a safe idea to implement.

Hey SuperCell ... With the 1.5 billions dollars you just earned from selling 51 % stake to Softbank .. I am sure you can hire Mastermind ... his idea are great ... and him on board enables you to renew and increase the addictivness of your games.

heres a new idea. lets make a clan dance activity, there can be a new button with a disco ball. you tap and choose your dance character, such as the barbarian. later, you proceed to tap away at the direction symbols for dance moves. the CPU dances against you but you can challenge clanmates too, and the winner gets an aphro.

Just to let you know I'm a big fan of the ideas you've been putting through.
When I saw your thread about the village editor it all felt very professional and instantly loved it and then this dream of yours came true (althought lacking a few things I thought were essential, such as the ability to save layouts).
Now you come up with something that will completely change the game and give everyone something to look forward to. I'm sure most people will agree that there is only so much fun you can have with attacks, it does become a bit stale even though I still have many upgrades left to do, especially with the long build times. I'd definately welcome some variety.

Keep up the good work Mastermind, you definately live up to your name.

One of the most leveraging idea I found on it are the clan reward.

What a great idea to achieve a quest and reward to yourself and to your clan mate.

Or why not choosing the split of reward between 25 %, 50 % 75 % to clan mate.

Exe : You won 250,000 Gold on a weekly quest

if you pick the 50 % split

You get 125,000 gold for you and 125,000 gold are shared with your clan mate.


On the quest idea ... I believe one of the most fun idea would be to have directive quest like

Win x raid with a minimum of such a troop or
Win x raid with a minimum of One troop of each kind
Win x raid without DE troops
Win x raid with only DE troops
Win x raid with tier 3 troops only ...

Cast 20 heal speal in four hour
...

Appreciate that great message, thanks favs il and go Britain 2.0! It seems like a common thread throughout the comments and in-game that people are craving more variety and different fun things to do, especially at higher levels. Hopefully SC sees this proposal.

Thanks for the suggestions Arnaud! I like your quest suggestions and will try to include them in the OP later

As far as clan rewards, I'm glad you like them although I think they should be rare (only from the wheel) and not from every quest, because it would bring a whole host of potential problems. Keep up the suggestions and I appreciate your thoughts!

I get all excited everytime I see that Mastermind has made a thread, he has the potential to be a Mod or a member of staff on the team, infact I honestly do think that Mastermind should be part of the staff for creating new ideas etc, he would be able to input the communitys ideas.

You know its not like your talking out loud, you can just say "i think he should be part of staff, so he can input ideas"
