I don't know why this major contribution isn't being used yet, this dude designed a very detailed idea and putt a lot of effort in it. And if this hasn't been ruled out yet is because of something.. I think this should be coming out soon..
I have a great idea for coc update...i think that more than 1 builder must be allowed for upgrading a single building...since it takes too much time for a single builder to upgrade a building...
Ruled out, because you could reduce the time for a upgrading defense, which results in a lower "risk" of getting 3-stared because of upgrading defenses.
