I've got about 8,619 threads in rotation for this recruitment thing... Some with more detail. Some with more humor. Even some with Drake memes. Yes. I said "Drake memes."
However, I've recently rediscovered that rarely anyone listens to a word I say (men learned how to tune out women centuries ago), let alone when I go all Chatty Cathy and have a novel as a recruitment thread. With this in mind, I decided to trim the threads and make it easy peasy, lemon squeezy...
You must...
... not be a d!ck. (We feel this covers everything from using racist/♥♥♥♥phobic slurs to not donating to clan mates to failing to use your attack(s) in war. Simple right? Nobody likes a d!ck. Well, at least not that kind. So don't be one.)
... be an adult. (This isn't meant to offend anyone 18 or younger. In fact, I recently met a 15 year old who is FAR cooler than I could ever hope to be. This rule is in place because we're vulgar, potty-mouthed and occasionally sexually suggestive people who don't want to offend or be inappropriate with the younger generation.)
... use Telegram. (I get it. You don't wanna download some stupid chat app, but the pros of having one for the clan far outweighs the cons. How about I'll make you a deal? Give it a chance. If you hate it, you can mute ALL of the chat feeds as long as you leave notifications to come up from me and any Co-Lead. Fair?)
... use ClashTrack. (Don't panic! This is just a website that makes war management easier on everyone. The most annoying part is when you have to register and join the clan on the website. After that, all we need you to do is use it to call your bases in war and update after you've done your attacks. That's not too bad, right? Oh. And don't worry. I'll totes hold your hand through the more complicated processes of CT if you need me to do so.)
