Seriously, SC, do you hate us?

I'm no old-timer farmer but not a newbie either.
So bearing that in mind, working my barn for the last 2.5 years I've reached a point where barn and land expansion are are graduallly achieved...always moving forward. And that's fine. I sell expansion items in order to keep a balance...works much better that way.
I belong to a great neighborhood where helping is second nature. We chat, we laugh...sometimes there are great belly laughs. We lose members, we gain members.
I work my crops to keep sufficient supplies and share with hood + sell on DD. I don't depend on the DD but love to find products and BEM/LEM.
I love the assortment of decos...including the musical instruments....some more than others but there's something for everyone. Am growing a little impatient to see some new decos but I figure a little impatience is part of playing the game.
The puzzle pieces are slooooooooow in coming. Oh well. Actually more excited for the plant accessories than the animals.
Down to one last expansion permit piece of land. Honestly, the anticipation of opening each new next piece of land rivals the actual achievement.
Been planning my next farm reorganization and a new crop art design. Doesn't depend on anyone except me.
Derby...can take it and sometimes leave it. It's fun but my HD experience does not revolve around derby.

Hay Day is a game to be played in my spare time. If I didn't enjoy it...would be time to move on. Too many real frustrations and challenges in life, without adding another.

OK, I'm confused. Are you sure? MiniGardener said she's passing the baton to me and giving me the Pollyanna Award (PA) on November 16, 2017.

Did I get another PA from you too? If so, I must've missed the momentous occasion. Do you recall when you gave the PA to me? I would've have remembered accepting it from you. Was my acceptance speech memorable at least?

Getting back on topic and I thank forumites for indulging me for the recent posts in this thread. OP asked two weeks ago, "Seriously, SC, do you hate us?" I just realized that I answered him a few days ago in another post so I'm reposting it below.

...A few years ago, like many players before me, I reached the point where the game wasn't fun anymore so I stopped playing and waited for Team Hay Day to release new content. I tried other games and played until I got bored with them. Then Team Hay Day released a new update and I started playing regularly again.

Supercell's philosophy is to make and develop games people will play for years and years. I'm speculating when their numbers show session counts declining, they will release new content to energize their player base. So I suggest we go with the flow of game development: Play as long as HD is fun; stop playing when it isn't fun; start playing again when there's new content.

Rinse and repeat.

Enough with the hijack, SC doesn't hate us. They're sometimes confused as to what to do and is frustratingly slow improving the game. Pollyannas won't say that but the rest of us will.

I used the forum search engine, Advanced Search using your name, my name, and Pollyanna and got no hit. May I have the link where you hand me the Pollyanna Award? Thank you.

BTW, I also read about other SC games in two other subforums and roll my eyes when I see threads entitled X game is dying. Oh, please! Well, irony of ironies as I found a post during a forum search.

Guess who started a Hay Day is dying thread? It's not in the title but is clear in the body of the post that at the time when it was written, I truly believed HD had reached the zenith and started to die. Thank goodness I was dead wrong and HD is still fun.
