Here is a picture of a sign that says bump. The purpose of this is to signify the bumping of this thread. Well, it might not be a picture of a real sign, because I don't see any thing behind it, and it looks too clean to me. Besides, most road signs like this would have two bolts to attach it to the pole, and guess what, I don't see that anywhere. I would also like to point out that it doesn't appear to have reflective material on the front of it. So if it's dark, you wouldn't notice it driving down the road until it's too late. Then your car would be going full speed over the bump, and that could cause damage to your car or, even worse, injury to the driver and/or passengers. It really makes you wonder if anyone in the sign manufacturing place is even qualified to do their jobs. This is poor quality work, and it really makes you wonder how many more ineffective road signs there are out there... how many accidents are just waiting to happen... If you see any road signs like this in your community, do the public a favor and contact whoever is in charge of the roads.
