Elder can be earned through donations and loyalty. Co is a goal for every elder. It can only be earned through loyalty, the ability to speak well in your clan, a good amount of donations, Great attacks in war and ultimate loyalty.
We are a level 2 clan and are nearly level 3. The clan is more than a year old, however, it is still rebuilding. We do B2B wars and rewards for those who do well in the clan.
