Summary
War Play is looking for active players with good donation habits who will take part in constant Clan Wars. You need to have troops and defenses that are appropriate for your TH level. NO RUSHED BASES!
We believe in a small core of dedicated players who play well together and mainly run 10v10 or 15v15 wars to allow people to sit out when they need to. Bigger wars are not out of the question, however, and we will run bigger if we have members we can depend on.

English - We don’t care where you are from as long as you are active and can communicate in English in order to keep everyone operating on the same page. Effective communication is key for command and control.
Adult Clan - We don’t care what your actual age is, as long as you can carry yourself in an adult-like manner and are responsible when it comes to conducting clan business (donating, showing up for wars, etc.). No childish behavior is the key here, but we do like to have fun!
Promotions are merit-based - Getting promoted will depend on your participation. Those who keep their donations up and regularly attack in wars will receive Elder status. Members who stick around long term and serve the clan may earn Co-leader.
Donations - You are expected to donate and contribute back to the clan. We ask that you keep your donations within a 2:1 ratio of take to give. Moochers who like to take and not give back will be unceremoniously booted.
Alternate Accounts - You are welcome to bring any and all accounts you have to the clan with you, providing you keep them active and make donations with them as if they were their own entity.
Opt Out - The Opt In/Out feature is a useful tool that lets us know who is prepared for war and who isn’t. If you know you will be away or busy, or if you are making key upgrades that would make you less effective in war, we ask that you Opt Out of war to be fair to those who are online and at full strength.
Skills - You must have skills! This is a War Clan and you will be expected to perform in battle. EVERY member must be able to consistently 3-star any TH level below their own and consistently 2-star (or better!) their equivalent TH level. This is non-negotiable! If your troops are leveled up and you know your methods of attack and army compositions then this should not be a problem for you. We may ask for a demonstration of your skills either by challenge attack or by posting a replay of what you can do.
Follow Directions - During wars Co-leaders might put out strategies or requests for you to hit certain targets. You need to listen to them! Co-leaders have their rank for a reason and we have played together in this clan for a long time. We know how to win wars and sometimes we all have to hit higher or lower than we would like. This is a team and we all play a part in getting the win. Clan wars are all about stars, the loot is secondary. We will always try to be fair and distribute the wealth evenly if we can. Be flexible.
