I think they should do some special ability for some troops in the main village that we can upgrade with a different laboratory wich we can build with th6 and we have to pay with gold and not elixir

If troops at the builder base have special abilities then what it the point of regular base troops having special abilities. Supercell made the Builder Base for a reason: they wanted something new and different for players
