Hi, all. I've been the leader of an adult war clan for almost 3 years now, and in that time we've established a solid war record, based on a simple, 3 star approach. We used to do 25v25 wars fairly regularly, but due to attrition we have recently sunk down to 10v10 or 15v15, so we would really like to get our numbers back up. CoC is just more fun when we have a bigger clan. There are more people to chat, donate, etc.
So, with that being said, here's a summary of what we offer you:
Back-to-back wars
A solid win ratio (more loot!) and smart attack strategies (3 star approach) . . .
. . . but a relatively relaxed atmosphere. We don't use chat apps, and we're not Nazi strict on performance.
Decent, high level troops for your own raiding
No drama! I and the co's kick drama queens before they can finish their miserable little novels.. After a few years of dealing with it, we have a pretty short fuse.
A great group of people to hang out with.
And in return, here is what we are looking for:
Loyalty: We want people who are looking to be with us for the long haul, assuming everything else goes well.
TH9-11s: We will accept lower THs if they are very active and moving up the ranks quickly, but basically, if you're going to donate troops to most of us, even with our +2 donation level bonus, you're going to have to be TH9. TH8s are okay, but not ideal.
Capable attacking: Like I said above, we don't demand perfection, but you should be able to regularly 2-3 star people who are roughly equivalent to you in war, and consistently 3 star anybody who is a TH lower. If you mess up a few times, we don't care, but if you're regularly incompetent, then we all lose, and it makes the game less fun. Ask for help if you need it, and be humble enough to take it when given!
1:1 donations: We don't demand this, but we do aim for it. If someone goes substantially below it (like 1:3+), we might have a problem.
Frequent Warring: If you are upgrading stuff or really busy or on vacation, that's fine, but we generally want our people to war if they don't have a reason not to. We are a war clan, after all.
