All lvl 4+ troops (max for th7, about to upgrade archers and wizzies)
Lvl: about to be 60
Defenses: all th7 maxed defenses and about to be lvl 9 archer towers, lvl 3 teslas, about to be lvl 9 cannons and almost lvl 5 wiz towers.
