Are you referring to xp level?

Xp level is just like it says, it gives an idea of experience in the game. Donating troops, upgrading building, etc. We are willing to review applications to see if exceptions need to be made for those under our requirements, but minimums are there to give an idea up front regarding expectations for membership.
