Been trying to get my clash of clans account back after switching from iOS to android but the in game support team are just not replying. I have sent every piece of information requested including receipts of my last gem purchase but still nothing.
So if Simon D would like to reply to my messages I would be extremely grateful. Got my clash royale account back no problem!
I've tried... this was a last resort. I no longer have the old phone and it's on a different operating system so can't sign in with game centre/google play games
"Been trying" for how long? Being the weekend, don't expect an answer anytime soon. Give them at least 2 business days to reply between each response. Yes, they are that slow.
