I thought the clan was pretty much dead these days anyways.
From what I have seen of their clan make up, it won't be too hard for them to adjust their bases to whatever the new matchmaking brings, I suspect they match up very well against other engineered clans, they will have met more than a few while 'earning' that win streak.
Edit: just had a look for them and it looks like they are mostly inactive now, and the war log is not public anymore.

the type of engineering type they choose is to guarantee a win...
with the change of MM.... it's a gamble
what I know the more active engineering clan play to progress their base/troop/hero.... not permanent
I don't excited to war vs permanent maxer.... lol
there's a league for them and with mod still works it's frustrating....

And depending on what's tweaked, they may fall or not
Their villages dont have high weight offense overall (compared to for example SLAMANATION's defenseless 45/45/20 TH11s)

Tough times? Doubtfull. Better chance of a quality match, hopefully. They have such a unique form of engineering that cant even be replicated anymore that the new MM might still struggle to accurately measure the strenght of the clan.
